GOJ Fixed-rate 5.50% BIN due 2023 Oversubscribed 3 times

The Government of Jamaica (GOJ), on Friday, August 24th, 2018, raised $4.0B in the domestic debt market, through the issuance of a Fixed-rate 5.50% Benchmark Investment Notes (BIN) due 2023. The offer was limited to $4.0B with a tenor of 4.58 years, an average price of 108.83, and an average yield of 3.95 percent. The issue was oversubscribed by 3.01 times.
