Shirley Tyndall, O.J., will be retiring from her position with effect from April 30, 2005, after a distinguished career of nearly forty-six (46) years in the public service, sixteen of which were in the position of Financial Secretary.
Minister Davies simultaneously indicated that the Public Services Commission has appointed Mr. Colin Bullock, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Jamaica to succeed Ms. Tyndall with effect from May 1.

These discussions will include the preparation for the Budget for Fiscal Year 2005/06.
