Mr Leighton McKnight (FCCA, FCA) - Chairman

Mr. McKnight is the Managing Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers with over twenty-eight years experience in auditing, accounting and financial consulting. He is the Chairman of the Government of Jamaica Audit Commission, a member of the Parliamentary Integrity Commission and also a member of the Independent Judiciary Commission. Mr. McKnight is currently Jamaica’s representative on the International Assembly of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also a Board member and the Chairman of the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) Finance Committee and has recently been appointed the distinguished position of Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee of Committee of CONCACAF.   Mr. McKnight is a distinguished Kiwanis Lieutenant Governor of Excellence, and is also a renowned philanthropist who has received numerous awards.

 Mr. Collin Greenland (MBA, FJIM, CFSA, CFE, CFC) - Deputy Chairman

Mr. Greenland is a career internal auditor, and has extensive managerial experience in both the private and public sectors, which included life insurance, the media, agro-industry, banking and consultancy. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Government of Jamaica Audit Commission and consults locally and internationally on internal audit, forensic accounting and fraud investigation. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Kaizen Management Consulting and Investment Company. Mr Greenland is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditor; currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Governors.

Mr Greenland participates in numerous seminars, workshops, colloquia and public fora both locally and abroad in his various fields, and is a well-known contributor to local and international journals and newspapers. ;He also specializes in fraud prevention, detection and investigation and lectures and consults locally in all aspects of white-collar crime, and appears in courts as an expert witness in Fraud and Forensic Accounting, both locally and abroad. He is also a member of the Association of Fraud Examiners, The Jamaica Institute of Management (Fellow), The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and The American College of Forensic Examiners.

Mrs. Hope Blake (MBA, BSC, CGAP) – Commissioner

Mrs. Hope Blake is currently the Deputy Financial Secretary in the Public Expenditure Policy Coordination Division, of the Ministry of Finance and Planning. Her role includes leading the development of policy relating to procurement, information technology, legal and public sector reform, financial management, information systems and procedures, asset management, executive agencies and internal audit. Prior to this role, Mrs. Blake worked in the capacity of Assistant Auditor in the Auditor General’s Department, Financial Analyst and Senior Director in the Internal Audit Directorate, serving in the government sector for more than twenty (20) years.  

Mrs. Blake has made significant contributions to the capacity development and reform of the Government Internal Audit Function and has pioneered numerous initiatives including the development of GOJ’s internal audit manual, Quality Assurance and Improvement Policy and GOJ’s Audit Committee policy for the Government’s Audit Committees.

Mrs. Blake also serves on the National Contracts Commission and the Land Acquisition Review Committee.
